If you are unsure of what a serving or portion is, it’s the size
of the palm of your hand. For fruit, vegetables, rice, or potatoes, it’s
about ½ cup. Then you need to make the choice of what kind of protein
to eat. Is red meat better than chicken and so on. There are a number
of good calorie counting books and websites that also give you the accurate
division of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. I bet you intuitively know
what you should be eating and how much.

When in doubt, good nutrition God's way is food in its most pure form;
fruit, vegetables, lean protein and whole grains. Enjoy them all.
