So September is here. Sumer is coming to a screeching stop. No more
sweating in the sun at the beach. Soon you will be stuck in the class
room and won’t have time to find a gym.
Don’t let the inevitable stop you from building the body you
want and know you deserve.
Let’s take a look at 5 easy tips that will ensure you stay on
your way to fitness success.
1. Lose the booze- Alcohol will immediately stop you
from seeing results. There is nothing but empty calories n there. Sorry,
but you need to quit ASAP.
2. Eat more often- Too many times you are crammed with
classes and homework. You may find yourself forgetting to eat or grapping
fast-food because its “fast food”. I would suggest that
you plan your days a head of schedule. Cook enough (or have mom cook
enough) to last you 2-3 days. Also check out the salads and other healthy
foods that your lunch room offers.
3. Use your books to build muscle- That’s right,
books are for more than building brains. They also can build brawn.
Add or minus a textbook to make the bag heavier/lighter. Perform moves
that you see in the gym with barbells. Such as squats, lunges kick backs,
curls, presses, crunches, etc.
4. ZzZzZzZz- Studies show that young adults who get at least
6 hours of sleep are more likely to develop a killer body than those
who desperately lack sleep.
5. Class-y-cardio- On your way to your next class,
jog. This is what I call class-y-cardio.

will be able to workout out in-between class times, even at the library.

from light-extra heavy. Almost anything that you do with free weights,
